5.8L V8 Ford, what is this in CI???

Anyway, I need to remove the right exhaust manifold, but Ebay's listings are all for CI. I don't even know if there are other parameters I need to worry about aside from displacement. Any help would be appreciated.

I belive that would be the 351 CID.

Wouldn't it be easier to get one from the local "auto recyclers"? They will make sure you get the right part.
