I was just wondering because Integra's have a 500 hp limit, and I can't decide whether to get an RX-7 or S2000 next. Also, to get a good idea on the S2000's performance, what are some of your best e.t.'s?

Why do you say that?

Either tegs have a HP limit, or maybe i've just never seen or heard of one over 500hp. I know it's capable of doing much more, but that's by making it one of those full competition race cars, and I've seen one in a magazine with 990hp. I was just wondering what was the S2000's limit.

Theoretically, I guess you could go up to <i>infinite</i> horsepower; but how long does it last? hehe

But practically, most S2000s I've seen are still NA; so they push MAX 300hp (Modded). The turbo 500hp S2000 in the other thread I've never even seen, so..yeah.

uh i have seen that 500 hp s2000 while i went to a trip to florida and its true.
About the hp of a s2k .. uh theres not really a MAX but just how much you can squeeze into a f20 vtec.

I've heard there's reliability issues with the s2k's tranny with anything more then 400HP. Not 100% sure but that info came from a mechanic.

would u mind telling me all your mods to make it 485.

I have a T66 turbo kit and I'm not sure how much it pulls with my NX 50 shot Nitrous. I never had the chance to dyno it. If you want to know the mods I have on my car check out S2000 Owners!!! thread. Its not much but cost me A lot of money. Too much money. I hope I pull around 400+ maybe 500+ =). I never been to a track so I don't know what my 1/4 mile time would be also. Damn I'm such a stupid a$$ for not doing thoes. =/:loser:
