1999 Breeze fuel filter problem

New to forum and need help with fuel filter on my 1999 plymouth Breeze

I replaced filter and having problems with lines where it connects to pump. I would drive for about a week then fuel line decides to come apart where it connects and fuel leaks all over,

Twice this has happened. First time I went ahead and replaced with new filter. These are after market filter that I installed also made sure clips spanned together and locked.

Has this happened to anyone and is there a fix for this?
