I will have my R33 gtsts skyline out the workshop just in time new 550hp motor
3.1 litre rb30 bottom end. Give some of the V8's are run for there money.

What turbo are you using on the motor to make that power?

The Turbo should be a 550hp roller bearing Turbotechnics with internal wastegate, that is what I have been told.

BTW - Does that sit on the standard manifold, or are you going custom?

It is using the factory manifold I was going to go crazy with custom plenum chambers
but in the end to achive 550hp it was the best option to leave it as is. Plus having limited budget I also had to get a computer, exhaust intercooler so all up it was $16,000 it adds up very quickly.

Is anyone going to organise a late night skyline cruise or get together?

I could enter my car in the horsepower comp best 6 cylinder turbocharged last year winner got 417 hp at the wheels both the cars were Holden VL's this it is going to be tough unlimited boost so I thing you will have to have minimum 500hp at the wheels to be in the running. Canberra also has low oxygen not to good for turbo cars. I will be driving around in the nats though.
