im need to find some rota 16" circuit 8's with tires, but almost everysite i go to they dont have any tires, anybody know any good rim/tire sites?

I don't think Tire Rack does, but Discount Tire Direct/America's Tire Co. (http://www.tires.com) absolutely does. That's where I got my Circuit 8's from WITH tires. :bigthumb:
