Question About Intakejmann123 06-18-2003, 02:59 AM HI, I new to this forum so i would liek to say whats up to everyon, and I wanted to know what would be the best intake to install on a 2000 accord V6 4D, i dont know much about intakes, If you can help please reply. HONDA_99 06-18-2003, 12:12 PM i would say best is Comptech IceBox, it gives good gain down low. FYI, Accord V6 suffers from low torque on lower RPM. highest gain is from AEM CAI, but most of gain is from middle to top RPM. BullShifter 06-22-2003, 01:44 AM Add a short-ram intake & loose HP not gain because your sucking in 200 degree air, if not even hotter. Cold air intakes that can be changed to short-ram are nice for winter/rain & even the best cold-air intake on a stock engine will only boost a couple 2 or 3 hp to the wheels. The only thing you will notice is noise, louder noise seems to make you think your car is faster. vBulletin®, Copyright ©2009, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
