Hey I just bought my silvia s13 front end, and was wondering if anyone else wanted one.

ditto. how much could you get one for? i'll have a 240SX hatchback within the next month or so, and i want to build a Sileighty drift car. and YES, i WILL actually use it to drift. i'm not one of those guys who jumped on the bandwagon and wants to just build a drift car, but never use it to drift. i'm not planning on putting any sort of aftermarket body kit on my car, because what's the point if it'll just get chipped and damaged while drifting?

still debating on engine. my three choices are S14 SR20, RB20, or RB25.
Trust DD exhaust
180SX windows and centre panel on rea lights.
Bride driver's seat, Zenitani carbon rear seats
engine parts will come as i decide to buy them...there's so many options, that i haven't decided on anything concrete yet. but the engine will be receiving ALOT of new parts...

that is kinda low, what parts are included?

180, i'm interested alwell. please tell me more about what you yipically sell the conversion for and how much shipping usually is, i'm in philadelphia, pa. color is not an issue. even if my car looks ghetto people that know what the silvia front are will still understand.

I actually have a friend that lives in philly who goes to college with me down in daytona beach, so he could bring one up for you when i get some shipped to florida, I havent sold any s13 fronts to people in the states, only people in japan, so i'm not exactly sure how much it will be because shipping prices differ depending which state it is, also the prices depend on what lights you want too, kouki, which is the square lights and zenki which are the circle ones, also what is the conversion from usd to cdn?

what the hell? :confused: S13 fronts weren't sold in Zenki and Kouki, dude. unless you're talking about selling USDM S13 front ends with the flip up headlights, in which case you should have specified that. S13 Silvia front ends are the ones with the fixed headlights. there were 3 different types: Non-projectors that came on CA18DET models, and then dual projectors, and triple projectors, which are easily identified by the number of little "bubbles" inside the lights. Kouki lights and Zenki lights are 180SX's...please specify as now you've got me REALLY confused. :confused:

alright, so 180driftking. how much would an entire front end cost with the Zenki, square, non projector headlights cost me?

ok let me explain to you what zenki and kouki mean. Zenki means old in japanese which would refer to the circle projector lights, because they were out first. kouki means new in japanese which would mean the square non projector ones because they came out later. I thought you guys would have known that but i guess not. so s13_iketani I'll sell you what you want for $250 not including shipping.

actually dude, the non-projector lights are the Zenki ones, because they came out on the earlier CA18DET powered S13's of 1989-1990. the circle lights were the ones that came later.

as my profile sez, i'm in Toronto, Canada.

and i dunno where you're hearing your stuff...but everywhere i see, the non-projectors are referred to as "CA" lights because they came on the CA18DET powered cars...but i'm not going to argue with you. who really cares.

its not warped it bents, i set it on the table to get a good shot. it goes back to normal its just that it bent while on the table

180sx, $250 is a great price (Was that US or Can for s-13?)any idea on the shipping dimensions (box size and possible weight) so that i can call and get a quote.

I just found out today that my s13 front end was messed up when it arrived in the states. I had shipped it from the military post office. it wasnt that much but you get what you pay for. I sent it to my friend and he said the fenders were bent and the bumper was a little messed up. but im having a military housing shipping company ship my stuff for free during christmas and its gonna be up to 300 lbs. so thats a lot of stuff so if your willing to wait until then, then thats fine with me. that means that shipping will be alot cheaper because then ill be sending it to you guys from florida. just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

well, i'll keep your offer in the back of my mind. if i find a front for cheaper or just decide that i don't want to wait until christmas, then i'll buy one somewhere else. but if i'm still in need of one come Christmas, then i'll get in touch with you.

chances are, i'll probably work on the engine and suspension of the car before i do anything to the exterior. i'll probably be garaging the car in winter, so we'll see what happens.

I would be interested in a front end at around christmas, just need to know price for shipping then so I know, or even sometime before if you can get a quote. BTW, i'm in Canada like Brian, so shipping would be the same.

yeah I'll let you know whats going on with the parts. right now i have one silvia front end with two sets of headlights and grill. Hopefully I'll get more front ends this week but its hard to come by.

Those fenders you speak of are FRP and make the car wider...I want some of those for my car too but they cost quite a bit and I wouldn't have the money to buy new rimsand tires to fill the extra space..:frown:

ill be custom fabricating (or getting someone else to) wider fenders to something like the agasthiya kit. not entirely like that, but u know... with the race (NOT RICE! :sunglasse ) look.

im gonna need a massive offset though :confused:

Does the 250$ include the l brackets for the conversion of the head lights so u can proform the conversion on a 240 or do u have to buy them some where else? Also where are u located and how much is it to ship to the US?

Hey 180, I had a Question, How much would it be for you to get me R33 headlights and mounting brackets???????? I don't need anything else but the Headlights???????? These can be shipped easily by UPS, or Fed EX.
I am in a bad spot, Unlike all these other guys, I can't wait till DEC, my car has no front Facia, the bumper, head & tail lights are gone, so I have been desparately searching for a cheap front face for my car, but a good looking one. actually, it isnt suprising that i didnt reply, cause i think i actually did. I only have one s13 front end. I have everything you need except the hood. i have an extra set of head lights too. i have the three project and two project head light set. As of right now im holding it for someone but i dont know if the deal will go through, or if someone will offer me more for it. Ill post pics later if you like. im located in daytona beach fl. thanks
