Well, I just made a search and couldn't find anything either, but I have to ask you, why would you want to put a body kit on one? It looks great right now. My Dad just bought an '03 Fresco Green 1.8t yesterday and I love how it looks. If you're going to do anything to it, please just find a carbon-fiber lip so it blends in with the dark-colored bumper so it can keep it's original look.

You CAN find some body kits out there for the Passat, yes there is a hell of a lot more for the Audi but there still some options for that Passat of yours. I took a few minutes to see what I could find and came across this site which provides a few ideas for you. Take a peek.
