I'm redoing my exhaust on my 2000 Civic DX and since I'm going to put a DC Sport 4-2-1 header for an EX I want to find a high flow cat. converter to hook the header and my new catback to. I've looked online, but for some reason I'm having a tough time finding anything. Can somebody clue me in on where to find something like this (preferably without spending a fortune) I would really appreciate it.

New or used? I probably wouldn't want to buy a used cat. Plus, I don't think it's legal... but I'm not positive about that one.
