turn signal trouble

I have 97 Breeze and the left rear turn signal does not work. It acts like a bulb is out but changed them and no luck. Still blinks fast on inst. panel. I can switch rt. and left assemblies and I have both working but left does seem to flash a bit fast. Any help out there thank in advance!

test the ground on that side

does the front turn signal work or not?
