97 Stratus Electrical Issue

I have a 97 Stratus and it seems to have an electrical bug, the Low fuel light comes on for a second or 2 then the fuel gage goes down like it is low on fuel, then it returns to normal this happens sometimes and other times it seems fine.

Any Idea where to start looking ?

Sending unit or float issue.

could be a bad ground to gauge..
