Coming home at night I was driving through town and I saw a Dodge Charger up ahead that was taking off fast from every light. So I got up beside him just so I could persuade him to race. I knew I wasn't going to win, but I love muscle cars, I just wanted to see/hear it kick my ass ;). And it did. Soon as we took off I brought it up to 5k in first, then 6k in 2nd and let off when he did when I shifted into 3rd. He was ahead by about 3 car lengths already.. ;). Damn I love muscle cars.

You'll see every old 60's cars here in Virginia but not once have I ever seen a Charger. Thats awesome.

Yea, I don't think I have either. Not just driving around on the street anyways.

I've got some buds that got pics of one of them racing a General Lee in KC on the highway, raced three times, 2 wins to the General, 1 to the TA. I would have loved to have seen it in person.

It's so cool to see a racing forum with respect for the muscle cars! I've never seen a Charger out on the street either... but my friend got beat by one in a Hemi Cuda!

saw one in the parking lot at work one day. a bunch of 20sumthings were hangin by it. so friggin beautiful and the sound was even more awe inspiring...

there is a golden brownish charger in my school. its in pretty bad condition. i hope that its just the begining of his project. when i see that car, i'm the only one whos like "ooooh a charger" all my other import friends were like, i respect them, they are fast but i don't think they look that nice. oh wellz. their lost.

come over to parma and ctown, we're loaded with classic cars. that's like all we have, there's a car show every few days. i seen about 3 or 4 chargers in the last month or two.

raced an 80's monte carlo ss with racing stripes the other day, we were in traffic but i think i took him....it looked great though. this very old chevelle killed me bad about two days ago, he had about 4 car lengths on me before we hit 40, lol.
