99 ES Misfires on 1, 3, 5

I'm getting the following codes:
p0300
p0301
p0303
p0305
That's a misfire on the rear 3 cylinders.
Any idea why a whole side of the engine would be misfiring? The car runs fine once it starts, but turned over a lot before catching this morning. I've been having an issue with it stalling while driving but I replaced the crank sensor and hopefully that did the trick.
