Keyless entry and Heat

Hey guys, I've got 2 seperate questions for ya. I've got a 2002 Grand Am GT 3.4 V6. First I was looking to see if anyone knows how to program a keyless entry remote. I bought this car in August of 2009 and when we got it they gave us a keyless remote fob that didn't work but they said it went to this car. So I was wondering if anyone knew how to program this?

Also we're having a problem with the heat in this car. We replaced the thermostat a while ago and have had the coolant system flushed and checked. There's no problem they said with air in the coolant lines or anything but it seems the car is drinking the anitfreeze like there's no tomorrow. It doesn't leak, it did before we had it flushed but there's no visible leak anymore and no more puddles on the driveway. The oil isn't milky so I know it's not leaking into the oil. The biggest irritation is when the heat is on it will start blowing cold and then when you turn the knob to cold and then back to warm it blows warm again. The temp guage sits at 200 when it's warm. It doesn't move, so I'm a little lost here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks.

If you have the factory keyless entry: Dealer only. There is no way to program it yourself, you need the specialised scan tool that the dealer have.

Coolant leak: probably leaking inside a cylinder, so you are burning it, hence why you don't see a leak.

Heat going: probably a vaccum leak somewhere. the HVAC stuff is all vaccum operated. I've read several report that the selector can crack, causing the leak... check behind the button maybe if the plastic is cracked...

Above is correct.

01-05 Grand Am remotes are dealer/locksmith programming only.
