hey, i was wondering how easy it is to put a d16 from an 88 integra into my 86 civic si. will the tranny mount up...should i use the integra trans or the si trans? will the power steering rack work on my car? is the whole thing worth doing? any comments will help.

An 88 integra motor and tranny will bolt right into a 86 civic Si,no prob.Use the teg computer. The mounts are identical and all the wiring should be also. If you go with this motor you may want to get a set of civic wagon torsion bars though becasue you will be adding weight to the front end.
