2000 grand am wiring diagram

im installing aftermarket power windows in my 2000 grand am. I need a 12v switched wire.

you will have to use a relay for that, use test light and start checking which fuse in the dash panel gives you 12 volt with key ON , when you find that fuse take it out and wrap around one of the fuse terminals with the wire and plug it back in then connect that wire to terminal 85 of the relay, then 86 connect to good ground, 30 connect to + terminal at the battery and there about 2 inches away instll inline fuse holder, connect one wire to terminal 87 and the other end of that wire will be your switched 12v wire. Don't have el diagram handy but someone will probably tell you how many amps fuse you will have to use.
