When I drive to work on high way my left front tire is HOT, the middle. ANd smells like burning metal
Feels like the brake is on. I took the tire off and the brake pad was all messed up in there. I changed the pads and drove it, still hot, I changed the caliper, bled brakes still hot,

Wheel bearing?
It has some play but I swear its from the brakes being on. it doesn't move as much when in drive with giving it no gas.......

Since you've changed the pads and caliper, I presume the caliper is moving freely on the guide pins. The brake may still be dragging if the brake hose is deteriorating internally. There may also be a problem with porting in the older Kelsey-Hayes ABS unit if the car has four wheel ABS - Many '90s had no ABS or 2-wheel only.
