98 V6 Firebird Misfire Code & ABS INOP

I have a 1998 Firebird and the ABS INOP light never goes off. The voltage gauge is showing an overcharge in the system and my code reader says there is a misfire in #6, which it sputters and backfires under load. I have replaced the plugs and wires and was told the coil pack was recently replaced. I am at a loss and don't know what to do next. Any suggestions to any of these problems?

On the misfire, if you've covered all basis on the ignition system, then it be near a safe bet to say that the injector is gunked up for that cylinder. First I swap the coil pack with another one and see if the misfire moves with it to verify that the coil is infact good.

The ABS light is probably an issues with one or more wheel speed sensors.

Yup, your misfire is a bad coil pack. And the abs inop is probably something as simple as a disconnected abs sensor. Have you driven through a puddle of water? That probably disconnected your sensor. Peek under you driver and passenger front tires, just behind them you should be able to see the abs plugs. Just hope you have not pulled them off while driving because they can hang pretty low.
