94 4l60e in limp mode

purchased a 94 camaro w/ bad tranny(car A) good body and paint. purchased another 94 camaro(car B) with bad motor/body good tranny. pilled tranny from B and installed in A. ran great 9 months till wreck ruined car A body. pulled motor/tranny from A and put in B. now in limp mode. this tranny was originally in car B and i drove it 10 miles at initial purchase w/ no tranny problem. have swapped pcm and checked other things. found wiring diagram that shows blown fuse or no power will cause this. took connector apart to check for 12v on E pin(pink wire). there is nothing on pin E. went to car A and there is a pin E w/ a pink wire. both 94s and at some point both cars ran w/this tranny. every post i have read states to check for 12v at pin E but car B does not have a pin E. any help is appreciated. very confused

found problem just forgot to post it here. the wire also feeds the oxygen sensors and one of us pulled on the wiring to oxygen sensor and actually pulled wire out of transmission plug. found it about 8" back up in wiring jacket.
