1995 Bonneville Door Locks Don't work

I replaced a blown fuse and all other fuses tested good. Door locks don't even click. I checked the 2 Fuse locations inder the dash. Is there another fuse box location or a relay somewhere? How do I test a relay? Everything else seems to work fine. At the same time the door lock issue started my ABS light stays on. Not sure if they are related- looking for some troubleshooting steps from the forum.

Does this car have Keyless entry? Are you getting any power to the door lock switch? I would also check the ground bars on the passenger and drivers side of the car... Both will be under the carpet at the corner ahead of the door sill plate

Thank you for the info. I finally got a chance to test some things. No keyless entry on this beast, the floor is soaking wet from rust holes, i do have 12v at the switch (I only tested passenger side), the switch appears to be working properly from tested the voltage on the 3 wires. I only found a ground on te passenger side and it was a good ground. The driver's side didn't appear to have a ground. Power windows all lights on the doors work fine. If one actuator goes bad does it affect the other actuator? I can't beleive both actuators would go bad at the same time.

Tried the relay and no luck.

Was this the relay under the drivers seat?

No. The wiring diagram I have for this shows a fuse, a relay(undre passenger dash),a ground, 2 front switches, and the 2 actuators. There isn't anything under the seats as there is no power seats. This seems pretty basic. I am not gtting my relay to pull in so I guess the problem lies between the swith and the relay.

If you do not have keyless entry, your door lock relay is under the carpet beneath the drivers seat, you will have to remove the drivers seat and peel up the carpet to find the relay.. See the wires running to the little box looking deal? Thats the door lock relay..
