Swap 3800 Series 1 with Series 2?

First off again I have a 1993 SSEi. I wanted to know if I could swap the series 1 with a series 2, and if can what is all needed. Also is it a good idea? Will I lose horses/gain? Lose gas mileage/gain? Also what are the major differences? My big concern is that whole hydrolock im hearing about. That an having to use Premium sucks ( is that only with the super charged models?). Also at what milage should the supercharger oil be changed? It can be done, but you are of sorts walking into a complicated world... Best thing I could tell you to do is a complete drivetrain swap right down to the PCM and the PCM wiring...
