1993 Bonneville SSEi Issues

I have 98,XXX miles. The current issues I am having is the traction control stays off no matter how many times I hit the button to turn it on. Also the brake light comes off and on alot. I also notice when I try to accelerate heavily or even close to heavy it sort of "bogs" down. I also notice that the boost gauge moves up, but I don't really get any boost. I drove my aunts Grand Prix GTP and when the booster kicks in it picks up and goes unlike my own. I checked the plugs, the back ones were factory, the front ones were newer. I am currently changing over to AC Delco Plat plugs that are like $7 something a peice. I only did 4 so far due to things that keep poping up, but I notice it pushes me back in the seat alil bit better with what I have done so far. I am putting new wires in soon. I also just bought a new fuel filter because I heard this could be an issue, though the current one dose not look that old. I also notice it bogs down way more in wet weather and bogs heavy to the point of almost no power if I go through a heavy puddle. Not sure what to do. If anyone has ideas please let me know. I'm :banghead: over this.

Also I wanted to know about customizing my car. It seems...well....boring. I want to do alot to the car for, performance in the future. I want to know if theres body kits for my year of car, as well as if newer year body parts aswell as inside parts can be interchangeable with my 1993. Also if so what years? Also what years can I do peice by peice because at the moment I am low on funds and I guess daydream planning.
