Hey i just raced a 300ZX N/A and it hung really well with my lude(about dead even)...I was wondering if someone could give me the stats on this car (90-96 model)...I'm pretty sure it was stick.

well all i have done is some stuff with my stock air box for right now. Nothing too serious yet...He may have had one more passenger in his car, but i couldn't tell.

The 300ZX can be modified well over 600HP with out any overbore sizes. I'n fact nissan does major ecu restrictions to accomidate more ppl's needs JWT makes a ecu that gives a 75hp bump and removes all rev and topspeed limiters nobody knows Nissan like them trust me on that one.

the Z32 ( 90-96 300ZX )
n/a with a 5 speed. it has about 222 HP, and weighs in at around 3300 lbs.

your lude is lighter, but also has about 190 or 200 HP depending on the year... so yeah it could be a close race/.

the 300zx 2+2 has 300hp and a turbo version aslo has 300 hp stock!

2+2 is an n/a which means it only has 222hp. also, this thread is 3 years old.

then y when i looked it up on the internet did it say the 2+2 has 300 but the regular coupe has 222hp jus askin.

Kuntry, look at the date on the last post by WickedLou9, it was in August 2001. I don't know about you but I really have to doubt that these guys are still looking for specs on a NA 300ZX. General rule of thumb with the Past Z section, if its not on the first page, its too old to post on.
